Our BioTimeCloud solution comes with full time attendance and simple access control functions and mobile application which all maximize work efficiency and accuracy. Manage and monitor the daily activity of your employees: attendance summaries, time summaries, and real-time monitoring that is stored in the cloud. Multiple authorized HR personnel can access “one” accurate data at any time and anywhere through cloud. Moreover, set pay codes, overtime rules, holidays, shift schedules, and cycles for employee policy management.
ZKTeco offers a complete time attendance solution: time attendance terminals + cloud-based system which synchronize all your branch offices attendance data that are located in multiple locations. With the workplace selection function in the BioTimeCloud, you can assign your employees in different workplaces that will allow them to punch in/out in allowed distance range.
Your subscription of BioTimeCloud comes with a free activation of mobile application which your employees can use to report their attendance even in remote sites or field locations. With the GPS mobile tracking, you can know the exact location of an employee. All attendance reports will be send to the cloud and can be accessed in real-time.
BioTimeCloud mobile application has two interfaces: HR/Administrator and employee interfaces. Administrator interface allows authorized personnels to view team attendance summary, team timecard, attendance requests submitted by the employees, and device management.
ZKTeco BioTime Cloud attendance App is designed to provide employees a time attendance software that employees can record their attendance anywhere within the boundaries of the company areas. The solution gives a mobile connection to BioTime Cloud which allows users to use their smart devices (iOS/ Android) to punch-in whenever and wherever they need.
Users just simply turn on the application on smart devices (iOS/ Android). Click the punch-in button, the clock-in/ out and attendance will be recorded.
With the mobile app, users may apply for leaves or field duties instantly in any mobile device, which provides quick and easy approvals without complicated and time-consuming procedures. Users can view their annual leave and sick leave in leave balance via the BioTime Cloud App.
With the mobile app, the position of staffs can be precisely obtained through position reporting.
